Larissa Lockwood is a Policy Analyst for Health and Sustainable Development at the Sustainable Development Commission. She leads the Commission’s health policy work and recently published Health, Place and Nature – how outdoor environments influence health and well-being: a knowledge base. She was part of the team that developed the NHS Good Corporate Citizenship Assessment Model and is now drafting the NHS Carbon Reduction Strategy. With a cross-sectoral background in sustainable development and a Masters in Professional Studies for Leadership in Sustainable Development from Forum for the Future, she has previously worked at Friends of the Earth Scotland and The Institute for Agriculture and Trade Policy in the United States.
