Francis Hesketh MLI
Francis Hesketh is a founding partner of TEP, an environmental consultancy. He has worked with the Forestry Commission, Community Forests, Groundwork Trusts, North West Development Agency and English Partnerships dealing with regeneration programmes, green infrastructure, and site ecological and environmental issues, woodland matters and providing evidence at public enquiries. He has a deep understanding of the role of regeneration and the importance of the partnerships which are needed to attain improvement.
