Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing or by email to: Landscape Services Ltd, 33 Great Portland Street, London W1W 8QG. email: events@landscapeinstitute.org.
20-40 days’ notice before the event 50% refund given, less than 20 days’ notice, no refund given.
If invoiced after the event and have not attended the conference, delegates will still be liable for full payment. Travel to London and accommodation not included. Name changes permitted.
